JSA has developed considerable expertise in the broad area of
housing. We regularly develop housing strategies which include
special focus and recommendations in relation to the housing needs of
particular target groups including very low, low and moderate income
earners, older people and people with a disability and indigenous

are directly informing the drafting of new LEPs within the parameters
established by Standard LEP Template 2006 and Section 117 Ministerial
Directions, as well as longer term Structure Plans that will guide successive
LEPs.
