Judith Stubbs and Associates was established in 1994 by Dr Judith Stubbs.
Based in Thirroul, a northern suburb of the Wollongong local government
area, we currently deliver a range of services to clients extending
from Sydney in the north, to Melbourne in the south, and Dubbo in the
west. Our people come from a diverse range of backgrounds including
social planning, sociology, environmental health and management,
occupational therapy, economics and engineering.

Principal, PhD
Judith has over 25 years research and
practice experience in a diverse range of areas including social, economic and
strategic planning, social and economic impact assessment, and community
consultation and participation. After 10 years in local government community
services and strategic and social planning, Judith established Judith Stubbs
& Associates in 1994.

BE (Civil) UNSW, Grad. Dip (Economics) UNE
John holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics, and has worked
as project manager on large Public Private Partnerships (PPP’s) for
construction companies on notable projects including the Sydney Harbour
Tunnel, Eastern Distributor, and most recently the Western Sydney
Orbital. He has also conducted economic impact assessments on such
projects to satisfy the requirements of NSW Treasury on the viability
and value of the projects to the NSW community.

from the University of New South Wales. She has 20 years professional
experience as a social worker and service manager and has worked for a diverse
range of organisations including the NSW and Commonwealth governments, large
charitable organisations and smaller community organisations.
